Courses

Therapeutic Movement is dynamic in nature and is best learned with a well-defined and strategically balanced curriculum. We believe to best way to learn the intricacy of human movement is through active participation; not power point presentations! In all of our courses, you’ll be getting out of your chair and trying out the movements—learning by doing. You’ll partner with others to practice movement observation skills and movement facilitation techniques—learning by practicing. Finally, analyzing movements for muscle synergy patterns, skeletal interrelationships and clinical applications—learning through reasoning. Topics include movement as our professional identity, the language of integrated movement, dynamic and static integration models, principles of optimal movement and evidence-based training techniques for movement and postural improvement—integrated movement paradigms are proposed and custom designed for each of the various body regions or for specific populations.
