Therapeutic Movement Seminars (TMS) reserves the right to cancel the course, though this rarely occurs. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, TMS will issue a full refund of the registration fee, but will not be responsible for any other charges incurred by the registrant due to the cancellation of the course.
Registrants canceling more than two weeks (14 days) of the course may receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee. You may also transfer to another course or keep a credit with us for a future course without penalty.
Registrants that must cancel within two weeks (14 days) of the first day of the course will be allowed to come to the same or similar course at any location, if space is available. Please register early to guarantee a spot.
Registrants who do not show up for a course have 1 week (7 days) after the course to notify of us their absence. At that time, registrants have the option to transfer to another course or keep a credit with us for a future course, both of which are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Registrants who do not notify us of their absence within the allotted 7 days will forfeit all funds.
